Spent Christmas vacation in this hotel and must say had a pleasant experience. The room was clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always willing to help us with any queries we had. We especially appreciated the free Wi-Fi service, and the availability of complimentary toiletries in the bathroom. The hotel's location was perfect too, just a few minutes from the airport and easily accessible from the main road.

One downside was that there were no free drinking water bottles provided in the rooms. the mattress was a bit stiff and not very comfortable.

I recently stayed at a hotel that provided me with free drinking water in the room, just like the hotels I have stayed at before. However, at Thanh Tai Hotel, I was disappointed to find that there was no complimentary water. I asked the receptionist about it and she informed me that only higher-tier rooms receive this amenity. I was surprised because I believe water should be considered a standard offering. After all, it's not a luxury item. I hope the hotel reconsiders this policy and improves their service.
